It started with a slightly sore throat on Thursday night and it was all downhill from there.

I woke up yesterday unsure of how I was going to make it through my last day of work before my impending vacation. In short...I didn't make it. I left work at 11 AM, went home, and crash landed...HARD! Fortunately this morning hasn't been quite as bad. Hopefully this will be pretty much gone by tomorrow. My lovely wife has been doing everything she can for me and I greatly appreciate her for it.

The biggest pain in the ass about this is that I had hoped to make more progress on the baby's room today, but I'm just not sure that it is going to happen. Looks like I'll be spending at least the first part of my vacation finishing it up. Oh well.

If you can't read it, it says, "I think I may need a bathroom break. Is this possible?"

I just find it amusing that the President of the most powerful country on Earth has to have his potty breaks arranged for him.

Christ almighty! If I was prez and I needed a pit stop, I'd just get up and go. What are they gonna do...tell the President of the United States that he has to wait to take a shit? Fuck that! If that happened to me I swear I'd drop trou' and take a massive dump right there on the floor in front of them.

The truth of the matter is that it isn't black people that GW doesn't like...it's poor people. It just looks like he doesn't care about black people because the majority of the urban poor in this country are black. Oh yeah, I almost forgot, he also was the first sitting president since the 1930's to decline an invitation to speak in front of the NAACP.

To GW - Please tell us why it took 5 whole days for you to mobilze the army to assist in the relief and rescue efforts...was it because you, Dicky-boy and Karl "Turd Blossom" Rove were attempting to figure out a way to blame this on terrorists or maybe on Iran, North Korea or Cuba?
